Privacy Policy

Freedive Prana ("we," "us") operates the Freedive Prana app (app.freediveprana.com), a platform for purchasing and streaming freediving audio sessions. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
- Account information. Email address and authentication identifiers, managed through Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile info from Google.
- Purchase records.Which sessions you've purchased or added to your library, and payment status. We do not process or store your card details directly — payments are handled by Stripe (see below).
- Content creator Google Drive access.If you are a content creator (not a customer), connecting your Google Drive grants us read access, via OAuth, to audio files and folders you explicitly share, so we can stream them to your customers. We do not access any other files in your Drive, and customers' personal Google accounts are never connected to Drive by this app.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and maintain your account and purchase history.
- To deliver the audio content you've purchased or previewed.
- To process payments and issue purchase confirmations.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Third parties we rely on
- Google — sign-in (Firebase Authentication) and, for content creators, Google Drive OAuth to source audio files.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment data it handles.
- Google Cloud / Firebase — application hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account and purchase data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at freediveprana@gmail.com. Content creators can revoke this app's access to their Google Drive at any time from their Google Account permissions page.
Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
