These terms govern your use of the Freedive Prana app (app.freediveprana.com). By creating an account or purchasing a session, you agree to them.
The service
Freedive Prana sells access to audio freediving sessions. Free sessions are available to any signed-in user; paid sessions require purchase. Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to stream the content through the app — not a downloadable copy, and not a right to redistribute, resell, or publicly perform it.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app — it's not directed at children under 13.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase in USD. Because purchases grant immediate streaming access, sales are final except where required by law — contact us if something went wrong with a purchase and we'll work it out.
Content creators
Some accounts are authorized to publish sessions for sale ("creators"). Creators connect their own Google Drive as the source for their audio files and are responsible for having the rights to any content they publish. We can remove content or revoke publishing access for material that infringes rights, violates these terms, or violates applicable law.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to circumvent purchase requirements, scrape or redistribute content, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimer
Freediving and breath-related audio sessions are provided for relaxation and educational purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult a physician before engaging in breath-hold or freediving practice, particularly if you have any underlying health condition. Use of this content is at your own risk.
Service "as is"
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Freedive Prana isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms or the app itself over time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
